When you register to become a Member, Win.ly collects some personal information, including your name, email address, and if you would like to be contacted by Win.ly and/or its affiliates. At any time we may also choose to collect additional information, with your permission, including but not limited to, your physical address, birth date, gender, zip code or other information that may be deemed valuable by our sponsors.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect a computer generated log file that contains your IP address, browser type, domain name, click-stream data and the time of your visit. Prior to using the Site, you will be asked to complete a registration form and provide personally identifiable information in order to take advantage of certain features the Site may offer, including, but not limited to, games, contests, sweepstakes and surveys.
When you visit a promotion through win.ly, we record the time and date of the visit as well as any information you choose to share about the site while you are on it, including whether you like or dislike the promotion and whether you report that you have won a prize by selecting the appropriate buttons on the header.

The Site is a general audience site. We do not currently collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 on the Site.
