• Information You Provide Us

  You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Member.

  When you register to become a Member, Win.ly collects some personal information, including your name, email address, and if you would like to be contacted by Win.ly and/or its affiliates. At any time we may also choose to collect additional information, with your permission, including but not limited to, your physical address, birth date, gender, zip code or other information that may be deemed valuable by our sponsors.

• Site Usage Information

  When you visit the Site, we automatically collect a computer generated log file that contains your IP address, browser type, domain name, click-stream data and the time of your visit. This information is used to measure and analyze Site usage and performance, and to protect visitors of the site from malicious individuals or computer programs.

  We keep a record of what email communications you opt to, and opt not to, receive from Win.ly and our Partners and Affiliates. We also keep a record of what emails we send you from the Site, what emails we send you on behalf of Our Partners, and your response to those emails.

How Information Is Collected

• Registration

  Prior to using the Site, you will be asked to complete a registration form and provide personally identifiable information in order to take advantage of certain features the Site may offer, including, but not limited to, games, contests, sweepstakes and surveys.

• Promotion Visits

  When you visit a promotion through win.ly, we record the time and date of the visit as well as any information you choose to share about the site while you are on it, including whether you like or dislike the promotion and whether you report that you have won a prize by selecting the appropriate buttons on the header.

Win.ly will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. • If you partake (or the Site or other authorities reasonably suspects that you are partaking) in any illegal or potentially illegal activity, the Site may disclose your personally identifiable information without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order, to the extent it feels necessary to inform, and cooperate with, law enforcement agencies or other appropriate authorities.

A Special Note to Parents Concerning Privacy

The Site is a general audience site. We do not currently collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 on the Site.

Notification of Changes and Your Acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
